If ever there was a combination of components for the making of a poor television series, then somebody clearly found the perfect way of doing so, with the new television series Mind Games. When you look at the people that are involved in bringing Mind Games to the television screen, then you would not be surprised that the show was disappointing in its opening episode.

Christian Slater is in the show
Mind Games is brought to us by ABC, who just cannot seem to get anything right just lately. Add to that the fact that Kyle Killen was on board for the project, the man behind shows such as Lone Star and Awake, and Christian Slater is the lead star and it was obvious that the show was never going to be anything to shout about, well not in a good way anyway.
The Mind Games premiere aired on ABC last night and the reviews of the episode give a huge suggestion that we will be lucky to see the show make it to the end of the first season, let alone anything beyond that. It is a shame that Mind Games looks set to become a flop, as actress Megalyn Echikunwoke is a star that we would like to see more. Unfortunately that looks unlikely.

Steve Zahn also appears
The Mind Games season premiere aired on ABC last night (Tuesday, February 25) and the show wil continue to air on ABC until they see sense and give it the boot. As for Megalyn Echikunwoke, we will be fortunate enough to see her on the big screen in the upcoming movie Electric Slide, which is due to open later in the year.
