With just a couple more weeks to go before the English Premier League football season kicks of, for the 2015/16 season, there are still a lot of crazy transfer rumours that are doing the rounds, especially when it comes to Manchester United. We have already seen Louis van Gaal bring in a number of players this Summer but it looks like he is far from done with his spending spree.

Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player
Former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo left the club six years ago, to join Spanish giants Real Madrid for a world record fee of £80m. Since then, the Portuguese superstar has continued to prove what a true great of the game he is, with many believing that Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Lionel Messi, although there are plenty who would dispute that.
Over the course of the Summer so far, we have heard plenty of different rumours about the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, with some suggesting that he is not happy at Real Madrid, especially since the arrival of new manager Rafa Benitez. This has now led to rumours that Cristiano Ronaldo could return to Manchester United, with Louis van Gaal doing all he can to get the player back to Old Trafford.

Cristiano Ronaldo is going nowhere
WIth that said though, it does just sound like yet another unfounded rumour, which will not actually happen. We do expect Louis van Gaal to make a few more signings before the transfer window closes but, when it comes to Cristiano Ronaldo, it is unlikely that we will see him leaving Real Madrid any time soon.
