It was announced earlier this week that Jessica Simpson was pregnant with her second child and now it seems that the singer could be set to get married first. Jessica is said to have wanted to get married before Christmas but that would clash with her friend Cacee Cobb.

An insider told Radar Online, “Jessica wanted to get married before Christmas and was thinking of a date in December, but then Cacee set a date with fiancé Donald Faison for December, her father was caught up in the gay scandal and then she found out she was pregnant.”
They added, “Her plans were derailed and the wedding became a secondary detail with everything that was going on in her life, however, she still wants to get married soon and is seriously considering marrying Eric before her baby is due. Date-wise, she’s thinking before next summer, possibly February or March.”

Meanwhile, The National Enquirer quoted someone as saying, “Jessica isn’t concerned about her baby bump showing in the wedding pictures and feels she has put off her nuptials for far too long. She is only nine weeks into this pregnancy so she’s trying to keep it a secret until she makes it safely through her first trimester.”
While the wedding reports are all well and good, Jessica Simpson has yet to even confirm that she is definitely pregnant, so take it all with a pinch of salt for now.
