Modern day women are frenetic, having varied interests, and about as interested in staying with the same guy until death as they are with getting daily enemas! Jennifer Lopez does reveal in a recent interview with Marie Claire UK that her seven-year marriage to Marc Anthony taught her that interests change, people change and that men do come and go. She did seek solace in her girlfriends, and they were there for her throughout her recuperation from that situation, and undoubtedly post-breakup on a number of other occasions.
When a woman is powerful, talented, gorgeous, outrageously successful, and possessing wealth others could only dream of, it is very, very hard to find a man to spend your time with. The very exchange, since the dawn of time really, is that of a man taking care of a woman, has been turned on its ear as far as women like Jennifer Lopez go, and these are indeed exciting times as a result. Ms. Lopez famously dated Ben Affleck, and later admitted to being completely heartbroken after their breakup.
Congruent with our seeming collective desire to ascribe monikers to famous relationships, normally borrowing from the first names of both parties, this union was unforgettably called "Bennifer!" There has been rumors of a sequel to Bennifer, and for this we will stay tuned. In the interim, both of these multi-talented artists look absolutely fabulous! Ben is looking more distinguished, and Jennifer looks like she is defying every odd, including gravity, at 46 years of age, as is showcased in a photo shoot she did for Marie Claire UK. She looks wonderful, and it has also often been said Ms. Lopez brings an element of class to her sexiness, cleverly sidestepping the raunchy and dubious.
She does not have to compromise, nor does she have to settle. The future is whatever she wants to make it, and the world is watching, as she is going where few women have gone before, and she is going there with a fabulous body that is the result of working out, and eating right. Having recently lost 10 pounds on a vegan diet, those Trapezius muscles cannot be purchased anywhere; they are strictly the byproduct of hard work, something Ms. Lopez seems to know a great deal about.
