Atkinson took to her official Instagram account to tell her fans and followers, "Today’s finisher @upfitnesslive with Evil Steve. We’re slowly starting to introduce lower body work again after a week off due to an injury I had in my hip. We did 4 rounds of this circuit at the end of my session today. Goblet squat 10reps. Reverse lunge 10reps and 2 lengths of the track. 30 second rest and repeat. 👍🏼 And ps. My knee SO did touch the floor so up yours Steve! 😂Leggings and top from @lululemonuk."
