The pictures themselves don't seem to be that scandalous, as the Enquirer claims that the series they have just shows Anne holding a blunt and some alcohol, and then eating food in the other pictures.
The report, in addition to claiming that Anne has become a pothead, also claims that she smokes up because of her husband Adam Shulman's influence. According to the report, her friends are worried about his 'drug' influence on her, but it seems irrational to assume that he's pressuring her to do anything. More than likely, she and her husband were just chilling out, and someone managed to get pictures of them smoking pot.
